This is a N☢ Brainer! California already has more capacity than it needs without either nuclear plant and it certainly does not need the HUGE RISK of a Fukushima style Trillion Dollar Eco-Disaster; remember Nature can destroy any land based nuclear reactor, any place anytime 24/7/365! How would California pay for that? Where would everyone move to if you were lucky enough to escape the radiation?
